If you accept a supplier quote
Request the exact cancellation deadlines, charge basis, deposit terms, refund method, processing time, child policy and holiday exceptions in writing before payment. Different hotels, camps and transport providers may have different terms.
Weather and access changes
Ask what happens if a safari is unsafe, a route is restricted or a property cannot operate. Agree alternatives and refund terms with the responsible supplier. No blanket free-cancellation promise applies to the suggested trip ideas.
